Once macOS 10.13 High Sierra has been downloaded in its entirety, a new window will open prompting you to agree to Apple’s terms and conditions. Even so, macOS 10.13 High Sierra is only compatible with Macs and MacBooks running at least OS X 10.8. Make sure you've saved your files, and backed up any irreplaceable files, then click on 'Update'. From the App Store, click on the 'Updates' tab, and you should see 'macOS 10.13.1 Update 10.13.1' listed.
